The app offers efficient search functionality with smart hints and Alice, an intelligent assistant who can provide answers to any question. You can choose your preferred method of searching on Yandex: by typing queries in the search bar, using voice commands with Alice, or even performing searches by taking photos with the Smart camera feature. Additionally, the app can identify unknown callers, help you save money on purchases, offer explanations for complex problems, and assist with everyday tasks.

Text and voice search: You have the flexibility to search using traditional text queries, quick suggestions, and instant results. Alternatively, if you prefer not to type, you can utilize voice commands.

Voice assistant: Alice is always available to lend a helping hand. She can provide real-time traffic updates, weather forecasts, recommend nearby supermarkets or restaurants for dinner, set alarms or reminders, and retrieve any information from the internet that you require. You can interact with Alice as if she were a real person – she tells stories, makes jokes, and is capable of engaging in conversations on various topics. To assign Alice as your default assistant on your smartphone and access her with a single button press, navigate to the settings, tap on Assistant and voice input, and choose Yandex.

Free caller ID: Even if the number is not in your contact list, you will still be able to identify incoming calls. Moreover, by configuring the app to automatically block spam calls, you can ensure that you are never bothered by unwanted interruptions. This feature is available for smartphones running on Android 10.0 and later versions.
